The most common corrugated board packaging on the market are boxes with flaps (also called american boxes or RSC). Our factory is equipped with 2 inliners – manufacturing machinery used for producing flap boxes, varying in dimensions.
Both machines are equipped with sets of 4-color printing and rotary die stations. As a result, we are able to produce a box of a very complex structure on a single machine in one single pass. That allows us to compete with the best producers in this segment of the market.
Thanks to our machines’ high performance we are able to reduce the time of their work to the minimum and thus minimize costs and save our clients’ money.
For the production of the most complex packaging we use 2 shearing machines: flat and rotary.
Thanks to this division we are able to achieve the best results in terms of complexity and precision cutting (flat die) and also the performance and low cost of production (rotary die). Both machines can produce multi-color printed packaging, including HQ (High Quality) technology.
In addition, some of the die-cut packages, depending on the design, can be glued with a splicer allowing multiple points of adhesive bonding.
